Description

The nectar of our native Honeysuckle tree is truly special and we are excited
to have a pure batch this year, from not too far from home, inland 10km or so
in the Puhoi Warkworth district and Lab tested at 4.6 NPA (72MGO)

The flower bracts are deep crimson and they deliver us a plum red nectar, when fresh.
Rewarewa does have antibacterial, anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,
so this honey is not only delicious, but also deliver great health benefits.

We have cold creamed this batch to create a silky fine crystal.  The creaming process lightens and
alters the colour slightly but this batch will stay soft and pliable,  unlike the unprocessed batch.

This honey is simply divine, sweet and floral like Maple syrup ..

but a sophisticated sweetness as a customer told me !
