This years Manuka from Matakana.
We have struggled to get Manuka this year, with the colder spring and the
dominance of Pohutukawa, but Matakana has delivered, with the Lab results confirming...
It has a touch of the smoky Rewarewa, which is prolific in the Tamahunga ranges alongside
our 2 Apiaries which boarder this outstanding native bush .

We have had it Laboratory tested and the rating is now a 6NPA and that will rise as it matures. 
The colour is dark rusty amber and flavour is outstanding, the texture smooth, firm but soft...
