However should you receive damaged or broken jars, from the delivery service, we will replace the jar at no extra cost to you. Please supply a photo immediately as proof, and feel free to log a complaint with the courier service. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement. That is our promise. We can not refund or exchange if the product has been opened and used, or you have changed your mind.
